VipLIMS is run by Visiopath Ltd, which is not a registered charity, so donations are not eligible for Gift Aid or tax relief. Read the donation and supporter terms.
Where the money goes
Hosting a text-and-PDF laboratory system is cheap per laboratory. We publish what it costs each month and how much of it donations cover.

Donation questions
Do I need to donate to use VipLIMS?
No. Every laboratory gets the full system free. Donations are entirely voluntary and change nothing about your account.
How do I cancel a monthly donation?
From the receipt email Stripe or PayPal sends you, from your PayPal account, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling takes effect before the next payment.
Do you store my card details?
No. Payments happen on Stripe’s or PayPal’s secure pages. We only see that a donation was made, and only if you choose to be listed do we show your name.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
No. VipLIMS is operated by a company, not a registered charity, so Gift Aid and charitable tax relief do not apply.
